We want you to love your Billy Now purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
Full-price items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All tags remain attached.

Proof of purchase is provided.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Refunds
Eligible full-price items returned within the 14-day return period may qualify for a refund.
Approved refunds will be processed via EFT within 7 business days of the returned item being received and inspected.
Refunds will only be paid into a bank account belonging to the person who placed the original order.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item supplied was incorrect or faulty.
Return Courier Costs
If you are returning an item because it doesn’t fit, you’ve changed your mind, or the garment is no longer suitable, the return courier cost is for your account.
Alternatively, Billy Now can arrange collection and deduct the courier fee from your refund amount.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our garments. If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
Billy Now will arrange collection and cover all associated courier costs.
Depending on the circumstances, you may choose a repair, replacement, or refund.
Sale Items
Sale, promotional, clearance, and marked-down items may be exchanged or credited but are not eligible for refunds unless faulty in terms of the Consumer Protection Act.
